Body Map

Your body,
mapped.

Every signal FITX reads lives somewhere in your body. The body map ties each metric to its source, so trends stop being abstract numbers on a dashboard.

Resting HR 54 bpm

01

Cardiovascular

Resting heart rate and HRV, sourced from Android Health Connect (Apple Health support coming with iOS), plotted onto the chest and updated every morning as part of your readiness score.

02

Muscle load

Your training log rolls up into per-muscle-group load — quads, posterior chain, upper push/pull — so you can see exactly where fatigue is concentrated before it becomes an injury.

03

Body composition

Weight and composition trends — plus BMI and BMR computed from your profile — sync from any bioimpedance scale connected to Health Connect and are layered directly onto the model.

04

Recovery signals

Sleep architecture and stress markers feed the same readiness formula (HRV 40% + sleep 35% + resting HR 25%) that drives the Primed / Ready / Recovering / Fatigued states across the app.

05

Live overlay

The map isn’t a static illustration — every tag is driven by your actual synced data, refreshed daily, so a trend on the map always traces back to a real reading.

06

Screening, not diagnosis

Vitals like heart rate and SpO₂ are shown as precision instrument-grade data to inform training decisions — they’re a screening aid, never a substitute for clinical diagnosis.
