These terms cover your use of the FITX app and this website. FITX is currently in active development — some details below (pricing, billing provider, launch date) are illustrative and will be finalized before public release on the Play Store.
FITX is an AI fitness intelligence app for Android (iOS coming soon) that synthesizes health signals into a daily readiness score, provides AI-generated coaching and meal suggestions, and syncs your health data through Android Health Connect. FITX is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice — see our Privacy page for the screening-vs-diagnosis distinction.
You need an account, authenticated via Clerk, to use FITX. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the accuracy of the health data you connect or upload.
FITX offers a free trial period followed by a paid subscription. The $8/mo (billed yearly) and $14/mo (billed monthly) figures shown on our pricing page are illustrative and subject to change — no billing provider is connected yet. Final pricing will follow standard Play Store subscription terms, including cancellation and refund policies set by Google (App Store terms will apply when FITX ships on iOS).
Coaching messages and meal suggestions are generated by third-party AI models (including Meta's Llama 4 Maverick and Black Forest Labs' FLUX.1-schnell, served via NVIDIA) based on your synced data. AI output can be wrong — always use your own judgment, especially around injury, nutrition restrictions, and medical conditions.
Don't use FITX to misrepresent someone else's health data, attempt to reverse-engineer the app, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
We may update these terms as the product evolves toward launch. Material changes will be communicated in-app before they take effect.
