FITX reads deeply personal signals — heart rate, HRV, sleep, and in some cases bloodwork — to build your readiness score and coach you. We treat that data with the same seriousness we'd want applied to our own. This page describes what we collect, how it's protected, and what we will never do with it.
Health and fitness signals synced from Android Health Connect — steps, heart rate and HRV, sleep, SpO₂, calories, weight, distance, and floors climbed. Weight and body-composition readings from any bioimpedance scale you've connected to Health Connect. Any bloodwork values you choose to log. Account and sign-in data via Clerk. FITX ships no hardware and does no device-native sensing — every reading is sourced through Health Connect (Apple Health when iOS support arrives).
Vitals features like heart-rate, SpO₂, and stress/HRV readings are designed to help you make better training decisions. They are a screening aid, not a medical diagnosis, and should never replace guidance from a licensed clinician.
You can export or delete your data from within the app at any time. Deleting your account removes your health data from our systems, subject to the minimal retention required for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
